Daybreak Official 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Daybreak fragrance. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The fragrance must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@daybreak-official.com within 14 days of receiving your fragrance.
- Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions for sending back the item. Please avoid sending items back without prior approval.
Damages & Issues
If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we cannot accept returns for opened fragrances, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. For any questions, email us at support@daybreak-official.com.
